Acceptable use
Acceptable Use Policy
Effective September 24, 2026. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of the Evriq Terms of Service. It applies to every user of the Evriq service and to every agent a user starts, schedules or directs. Customer is responsible for the actions of agents running in its Workspace in the same way it is responsible for its users.
1. AI provider policies apply
Agent turns run on Customer's own AI provider credentials. Customer and its users must comply with the usage policies of each provider they use (for example Anthropic's Usage Policy, OpenAI's Usage Policies, or Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy). Conduct those policies prohibit is also prohibited on Evriq.
2. Prohibited content and activity
Do not use the Service, or direct agents, to:
- Break the law, or infringe, misappropriate or violate anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
- Access, probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any system or network you are not authorized to test, or bypass any authentication or security measure. Authorized security testing of your own systems is permitted.
- Develop, distribute or operate malware, ransomware, credential stealers, botnets or other malicious code.
- Send spam, phishing or other unsolicited bulk messages, or conduct fraud or impersonation.
- Generate or distribute child sexual abuse material, or content that sexualizes minors.
- Facilitate violence, terrorism, or the development of chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear weapons.
- Harass, threaten or promote discrimination against individuals or groups.
- Process sensitive categories of personal data (health, biometric, financial account, government identifiers, or data about children) unless Customer has a lawful basis, has told Evriq in writing, and has entered into any additional agreement Evriq requires.
- Make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without human review.
3. Protecting the Service and other customers
Do not:
- Attempt to access another customer's Workspace, data, processes or network, or the host systems that run the Service.
- Attempt to escape, disable or circumvent Workspace isolation, resource limits, network restrictions, audit logging or other security controls.
- Interfere with or degrade the Service, including through excessive load, crypto-mining, or running workloads unrelated to software and knowledge work.
- Circumvent usage limits, rate limits or metering, of Evriq or of any AI provider.
- Share account credentials, or let people outside Customer's organization use Customer's accounts, except invited guests Customer authorizes.
- Supply AI provider credentials that Customer is not authorized to use, including another person's keys or consumer subscription logins.
- Resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties as a hosted service.
4. Reporting
Report a violation to [email protected] and a security concern to [email protected]. Security researchers can find our contact at /.well-known/security.txt.
5. Enforcement
Evriq may investigate suspected violations, including by reviewing audit records. Evriq may remove content, stop running agents, suspend accounts or suspend a Workspace as described in the Terms of Service. Evriq will act proportionately and, where practicable and lawful, notify Customer first. Evriq may report unlawful activity to law enforcement or to the affected AI provider.
