Evriq for analysts

A shared AI workspace for analysts

Evriq gives analysts one shared session where AI agents and colleagues work the same model together. The agents read your spreadsheets and reports, and every assumption, draft and decision stays with the project for the next person to pick up.

Analysis projects and models

Create an Analysis project and the work in it is called a model. Each model records its question, data sources, method, assumptions and result, and its page shows the sessions, documents and decisions linked to it.

Every model has a model owner and a methodology reviewer. An administrator names who holds those roles under People & access, and the methodology reviewer becomes the reviewer on each new model by default. A model moves from open to in review to approved to done, and the owner cannot approve their own work.

Agents that show their working

Analysis projects start with a standing brief for the agents. They state every assumption and its source, keep inputs apart from calculations, check the numbers twice, and say how sensitive the answer is to the inputs they are least sure of.

New sessions in an Analysis project seat two agents by default, so two models work the question from the start. For a harder question, start a review round and several models answer blind before one writes the verdict.

Files the agents can read

Upload a workbook, a filing or a report to the project. Before every turn the agents read the latest version of each document, including the text of Word, Excel and PDF files. A workbook is read sheet by sheet, with empty cells kept in place so columns line up.

Every upload, and every copy an agent publishes back, is a new version that records who saved it, when and from which session. Nothing is overwritten, and any version downloads. See Documents, artifacts and files.

Hand off to a colleague

Use Pass to hand a session to one colleague with a note that says what you need. The session waits on them and shows up in their inbox, with the whole history of the model in it.

When the agents reach a judgment call, they file a decision with their recommendation. Whoever answers it, the answer goes back to the session that asked and stays on the record. Write @ and a name to bring someone else into the thread.

Recurring summaries

Add a recurring job to the project to run the same request on a schedule, every weekday, every week on a day or every month on a date, in the time zone you pick. The job starts a session with your instructions or posts into a standing session.

Each run is listed with whether it succeeded. Export a summary from the board as Word, PDF, HTML or Markdown when it needs to go to someone outside Evriq. Read more on scheduled AI agents.

Questions from analysts

Can the agents read Excel files?

Yes. Before every turn they read the latest version of each document on the project, including Excel workbooks sheet by sheet, Word documents and PDFs.

Who signs off on a model?

The model's reviewer, who is the methodology reviewer by default, or an administrator. The model owner sends it to review and marks it done once it is approved. See Review rounds and approval.

How do I hand an analysis to a colleague?

Use Pass in the session and add a note. The session waits on your colleague, appears in their inbox and keeps everything the agents and the team have done.
