Alternatives

A ChatGPT alternative built for teams

Evriq is a shared AI workspace where your team and AI agents from several providers work in the same live session. Everyone sees each turn as it happens, the models can check each other, and a person signs off before the work counts. You can start free for 14 days with no card.

What teams look for in a shared AI workspace

When a team searches for a ChatGPT alternative for teams, the request behind it is usually the same. Several people are using AI on the same work, and they want one conversation they can all open, follow and continue.

They also want to choose the model for each job, pay their model providers directly, and have a second check before an answer goes out. Those are the things we built Evriq around.

People reach this page from many searches, such as a Microsoft Copilot alternative for teams, a Gemini for Google Workspace alternative, a TypingMind or LibreChat alternative, an Open WebUI alternative, Poe for teams, a ChatHub alternative, or ChatGPT for teams with multiple models. Everything below describes what Evriq does. For two common searches we have pages of their own, the ChatGPT Team alternative and the Claude Team alternative.

Evriq in one paragraph

Work in Evriq belongs to a project, and each conversation is a session your team can open, follow and continue. One session can seat agents on Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek and Grok at the same time, each running on your workspace's own provider key. A review round has every seat answer blind before one seat writes a verdict, and a named reviewer approves the work item. Decisions that need a person land in a shared inbox, documents keep every version, and security-relevant actions are written to a tamper-evident audit log.

What Evriq does on multiplayer, models, keys and review

  • Multiplayer. Everyone in a session sees who else is there, who is typing and how far each person has read. Pass hands the next step to a teammate, Watch alerts you when the session needs a person, and an @ mention notifies someone directly. More on multiplayer AI.
  • Models. Seats run on Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek and xAI keys. You can also connect Mistral, OpenRouter, Groq, Together, Fireworks, Perplexity, Azure, Google Vertex AI or any OpenAI-compatible server over public HTTPS, and those seats answer in chat. More on multi-model AI chat.
  • Keys. Each turn is billed to your own provider key. Your providers bill you directly and we add no markup to model charges. More on bringing your own key.
  • Review. Every seat answers the same question without seeing the others, then sees the others once and may revise, then one seat writes the verdict to approve, request changes or reject. More on AI review rounds.

Moving from a single-vendor chat

Start the trial, name your workspace and ask your first question. A new workspace answers on free models before you add a key, and each person gets up to 20 free model answers each UTC day. When you want to choose the models, an administrator saves a provider key, and we test it when it is saved.

Next, create a project for each body of work and add the documents your team relies on. Before each turn the agents read the latest version of every document, including the text of Word, Excel and PDF files. Then invite teammates and choose the projects each one may open.

Your work stays portable. A session exports as Markdown, an artifact exports as Markdown, HTML, Word or PDF, and an administrator can export all workspace data. After the 14 free days, Team is $49 per seat per month and AI agents take no paid seat, as shown in pricing.
