One session, several people, several models
A session is one conversation about one piece of work. It keeps the messages, files, agent answers and decisions together, and anyone who can open the project can return to it and see what happened.
Everyone in the session sees who else is there and who is typing. Use Pass to hand the next step to a teammate, Watch to get an alert when the session needs a person, or an @ mention to bring someone in. Projects can be shared with the whole workspace or kept private to the people added to them. A guest can be invited to a single session and sees nothing else.
Your own keys and no markup
An administrator saves provider keys for Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek and xAI, and we test each key when it is saved. Each turn is billed to your own key, never to another workspace's. Your providers bill you directly and Evriq adds no markup to model charges.
You can also connect Mistral, OpenRouter, Groq, Azure, Google Vertex AI or any OpenAI-compatible server over public HTTPS on your own credential. Review rounds and approval
Start a review round from the session header or type /review. Every seat answers the same question blind, then each sees the others once and may revise, then one seat writes the verdict to approve, request changes or reject, with reasons. The verdict is recorded on the session.
People still own the result. A work item moves from open to in review to approved to done, and its named reviewer or an administrator approves it or sends it back. Getting your team started
Start the trial and ask your first question on the free models. Each person gets up to 20 free model answers each UTC day before you add a key. Then create a project, add the documents your team works from, and invite teammates from Settings with the projects each one may open.

Who pays for model use?
Your providers bill you directly for model use on your own keys. Evriq adds no markup to model charges. Team is $49 per seat per month.
Do AI agents count as seats?
No. AI agents have no separate seat fee. A member or an open member invitation takes one seat, and a guest does not.
Can we take our conversations with us?
Yes. A session exports as Markdown, artifacts export as Markdown, HTML, Word or PDF, and an administrator can export all workspace data. See export and deletion.
