Evriq for marketing

AI for marketing teams

Evriq gives a marketing team one shared session where AI agents and people brief, write and check a campaign together. Every claim that needs sign-off goes to the brand approver before the campaign ships.

Campaigns as projects

Create a Marketing project and the work in it is called a campaign. Each campaign records its audience, message, channels, launch date and success measure, and its page shows the sessions, documents and decisions linked to it.

Every campaign has a campaign owner and a reviewer. An administrator names who holds the brand approver and campaign desk roles under People & access, and the brand approver becomes the reviewer on each new campaign by default.

Briefs and source material the agents can read

Keep the brief, the brand guide, product facts and past copy in the project so every session starts with the same material. Before every turn the agents read the latest version of each document, including the text of Word, Excel and PDF files.

Start one session per piece of work, a launch email or a landing page, and the history and decisions for it stay easy to find. Your teammates open the same session, read what the agents wrote and reply in the thread.

  • Ask for three headline options for the audience named on the campaign.
  • Have one agent draft and another model check the draft in a review round.
  • Export the approved copy as Word, PDF, HTML or Markdown for whoever publishes it.

Brand and claims review

Marketing projects start with a standing brief for the agents. They write for the audience named on the campaign, keep to the brand's voice, and put every claim that needs approval to the brand approver as a decision before it goes out.

A decision carries the agent's recommendation and lands in the approver's inbox, linked to the campaign. The answer is passed back to the session that asked. A decision filed without a due date is due in two days.

Approval by the brand owner

A campaign moves from open to in review to approved to done. The campaign owner sends it to review, and only its reviewer or an administrator can approve it or send it back. The owner cannot approve their own campaign.

Approval is recorded on the campaign with who made it and when, so the team can see what was signed off and by whom. See Review rounds and approval.

Questions from marketing teams

Who approves campaign copy in Evriq?

The campaign's reviewer, who is the brand approver by default, or an administrator. The campaign owner sends the work to review and marks it done once it is approved.

How do claims get checked before launch?

The agents in a Marketing project put every claim that needs approval to the brand approver as a decision. The approver answers in the inbox and the answer goes back to the session.

Can the agents use our brand guide?

Yes. Add it to the project's documents or files. The agents read the latest version of each document before every turn. See Documents, artifacts and files.
