Evriq for sales
AI for sales teams
Evriq gives a sales team a shared workspace where AI agents draft proposals and follow-ups on each deal while the team reads along. The deal owner does the work, the sales manager approves it, and a recurring job can post the pipeline summary every week.
A project of deals
Create a Sales project and the work in it is called a deal. Each deal records the account, stage, value, close date and next step, and its page gathers the sessions, documents and decisions linked to it.
Every deal has a deal owner and a reviewer. An administrator names who holds the sales manager and deal desk roles under People & access, and the sales manager becomes the reviewer on each new deal by default.
Proposals and sequences drafted with agents
Start a session on a deal and ask for what you need. Put the brief, the pricing sheet and past proposals in the project so every session starts from the same facts. The agents read the latest version of each document before every turn, including Word, Excel and PDF files.
Sales projects start with a standing brief for the agents. It tells them to keep each draft in the customer's language, hold price, terms and dates to what the team has agreed, and end each turn with the next step and who takes it.
Your whole team can open the session, see what the agents wrote, and reply in the same thread. Use @ and a name to bring a colleague in, or Pass the session to one person with a note.
Manager approval before send
A deal moves from open to in review to approved to done. The deal owner sends the draft to review, and only its reviewer or an administrator can approve it or send it back. The owner cannot approve their own deal.
When an agent needs a call only a person can make, such as a discount, it files a decision with its recommendation. An agent can address it to the deal desk role, and it reaches whoever holds that role, even after the role changes hands. A decision filed without a due date is due in two days.
A pipeline summary every Monday
Add a recurring job to the project, tell the agents what to summarise, and pick every week on Monday at the time and time zone you want. The job starts a session with your instructions, or posts a message into a standing session the team already watches.
Keep your pipeline sheet in the project's documents and the agents read its latest version on every run. The job's runs are listed with whether each one succeeded, and a failed run shows up in the inbox. Read more on scheduled AI agents.
Questions from sales teams
Who approves a proposal before it goes to the customer?
The deal's reviewer, who is the sales manager by default, or an administrator. The deal owner sends it to review and marks it done once it is approved.
Can Evriq send a weekly pipeline summary?
Yes. A recurring job can run every week on the day and time you choose, starting a session with your instructions or posting into an existing one. See Recurring jobs.
What does Evriq cost for a sales team?
The first 14 days are free and no card is needed to start. The Team plan is $49 per seat per month. AI agents do not take a seat, and model use is billed by your own providers with no markup from Evriq.
