For operations teams

AI for operations teams

AI for operations teams means agents running the recurring jobs, reports and hand-offs while people approve the steps that matter. In Evriq that work happens in shared sessions, with each run on the record and a person deciding every step that needs one.

Recurring jobs and reports

A recurring job runs a request on a schedule. It can start a fresh session each time, or post into a standing session that carries the history forward. Pick every weekday, every week on a day, every month on a date, or a custom schedule, in your team's time zone.

When a job's agent writes a report, it is filed on the project's board with the run's date in its title, so the Monday summary becomes a dated series anyone can open. Export any report as Markdown, HTML, Word or PDF when it needs to go somewhere else.

Jobs that reach a mailbox, an API or a database get their credentials as workspace or project secrets. A job that fires at 7:10 has its credential at 7:10, with nobody there to open a vault.

Decisions that wait for a person

When an agent reaches something only a person can decide, it files a decision with its recommendation. The decision lands in the team's shared inbox, often addressed to one person, and the answer goes back to the session that asked so the work carries on.

A decision past its due day is marked overdue. You can extend it a week or close it from its row, and decisions anyone may answer are kept apart from the ones asked of you.

For work that needs sign-off, a work item moves from open to in review to approved to done. The person responsible sends it to review, its named reviewer approves it or sends it back, and only an approved item is marked done.

Hand-offs with a note

Pass hands a session to one person with a note saying what you need. The session waits on them and shows up in their inbox until they write.

Watch tells you when a session needs a person, and an @mention brings a teammate in. Someone outside the workspace can be invited as a guest to one session and nothing else, which suits a vendor or a partner on a single process.

Each piece of work can be a work item with a person responsible and its sessions, documents and decisions linked on one page. A new teammate picking up a process reads the whole history there.

Every run on the record

Show its runs lists every run of a job and whether it succeeded, and a run in progress can be stopped. A failed run appears on the project's activity with its reason and in its owner's inbox.

Documents keep every version, with who saved it, when and from which session. Agent turns, changes to limits, access and keys, and every read of a secret are written to a tamper-evident audit log that administrators can read.

Administrators set daily and monthly turn and spend caps, and Stop all turns halts every running agent in the workspace at once. More on these controls is on the security help page.

Start with one process
